Adobe Acrobat Reader

Those kind people over at Adobe know that we MUDders are an eclectic bunch, with platforms more varied than the Valheru guild. They have therefore developed Acrobat Reader which is used to view and print .pdf files which are cross-platform-compatible. You need this plug-in to view various files on this site, for example the Map Makers Scroll in the library.

Over at VMware (www.vmware.com) they make a very useful application that allows you to run multiple operating systems at once, for example Win 2k and Linux. Very nice for anyone who wants to test a zone.
